Vertex GPR recently performed a ground penetrating radar scan on an elevated concrete deck for structural reinforcing and potential conduits. A 2’x2’ area was scanned, the reinforcing was located and marked along with one conduit that was discovered. This allowed for a 4” core drill to safely be placed, avoiding both the reinforcing and the conduit.
