Vertex GPR was recently hired to perform an exploratory GPR scan on an elevated concrete deck. The objective for this project was to determine the design of the deck from just one side. After multiple scans were collected over the subject area, it was determined that the deck was constructed with multiple concrete beams. The direction and width of these beams were located and laid out in real time onsite.
